Yes! The All Souls Regatta 2020 is going ahead. Participating yachts will be limited to those already in Puerto Galera but that should not be a barrier to having three days of sailing fun on the water.
If you have been in lockdown for months then this is your first chance to get out and blow all the cobwebs away.
