The PGYC has engaged specialist Chef Girlie and the F&B gurus of MarB Concepts, from Davao City, to review its operations ahead of the upcoming regatta season.

The review will focus on staff development, menu development, adjusting to market trends and enhancing the club’s identity as the best yacht club restaurant in the Philippines.

An initial review commences 14th March for ten days, with follow-on activities as determined throughout the remainder of the year.
